How much will it cost to fix a cracked taillight on a Ford Truck?

Ok, so I recently got my G2. Very good driver, passed with high marks, and have been driving a lot lately, with no accidents or incidents what so ever. So today, my dad told me to take his truck and go to the forest and while reversing at the top I accidently backed into a pole cause there were 2 dogs running around and I couldn't see it, and immediately put on the breaks as soon as I heard it hit.
There is now a small crack in the side of the drivers-side tail light, and a small piece of the plastic that holds the light is gone. The actual light is fine and works its just the plastic around it.
I'm going to tell my dad (although I am terrified too) but how much will it cost to fix the outside plastic part of the light? Please let me know roughly, and quick would be good too.
