What should I get: A Ford Mustang Ecoboost Premium, or an Audi A3 2.0 T?

I know they re 2 different types of cars, but these are the 2 that I m flip flopping between. They re roughly the same price (in the high 30k s) and they re both 4 cylinder turbo. Which should I go with?

I m a 27 year old single male with no plans on getting married anytime soon. In fact, I m recovering from a major illness (leukemia) which is why I m getting myself a car.
