Ford fusion 2013 radio won't turn on?

I got a jump the other day cause i left my lights on. When i jumped it the radio/AC won't turn on. I'm stuck on the black screen with only the date n time. Took it to fir
Ford, they unplugged the positive from the battery and put it back on. Still didn't work, said they don't know the problem. What the hell ford? I need the AC because winter is coming n i need to defrost the car. This is a big issue. If anyone knows anything please help. I need this fixed asap.
