Where can I buy a Ford Police Interceptor?

I just got my license and I need to buy myself a car. And I don t want to bu anything really fancy or expensive, and I heard the crown victoria interceptor is pretty cheap like 1k or 1.5k for a 2004 model. But were do you buy it from?
