Can I swap the car I want at a ford dealership?

If I have put a deposit down on a brand new car to be delivered to a dealership. However I have changed my mind on what car I want. The car needed to be sent to the dealership however it may not have been yet as im due to pick it up in roughly 2 weeks. I would still spend money on a different car however this one is second hand and a little bit less. The first car was on a finance plan. This car I am willing to pay outright as i could get a loan for it.

I know i have signed a contract for that car. How likely is a dealership to re negotiate. They probably havnt spent any money on the first car yet so hopefully they will let me put the deposit towards the new one.
