Ford sync blutooth streaming display track titles?

So ive owned a 2014 Focus (basic non myford touch) for over a year and i never really cared that songs didnt display on the screen. Well the last week ive been on a business trip for my job where they paid for a BMW 328i to rent and gee thats a fun car but everytime i stream music in that the title shows up. Ive had the same phone for a few months (galaxy s6) and really only listen to Spotify. Is there a way to make it show up besides connect it via usb?
