My car shakes while at idle and while driving?

I have a 2001 Ford Escort Sedan… My aunt and I have literally tried everything except a new engine and a new transmission… Everything else is new and was all flushed and blown out and it s still shaking while idling AND driving! We are clueless! We don t know what else to do! Could it be the car slowly breaking down for good?
