Should I get a 20,000$ car?

I'm 18 and going off to college. I have the money, so I'd pay for it WITHOUT taking out a loan.

I was gonna buy a 2014 used Subaru crosstrek, because A)aside from Audis and Fords, it's the only car my family uses and B) my sister has one and I absolutely adore it.

ALSO How much do you think insurance would cost? (I want to be sure)
