CAR PROBLEMS - Ford 2002 Mustang - Auto?

My car seems to have an issue that s causing me concern. I noticed whenever I start it, it sounds a bit awkward immediately before it starts up. In addition to this, when accelerating, it seems like it s struggling to accelerate (holds at 2000 RPM). (Possibly extraneous) It also almost overheats nearly everyday. To combat this, I fill it with water every morning. It hasn t been overheating recently presumably since I ve been resupplying the water. I d like an identification of the epicenter of th(ese/is) issue, thank you!
