I have a 2001 Ford Taurus Lx, it sputters and hesitates during acceleration?!

I have a 2001 Ford Taurus Lx, it sputters and hesitates during acceleration! It doesn t go pass 25 mph but will reach 5 rpms! Changed spark plugs and wires! Also changed coil pack! Both converters are working properly! Check engine light is not on! Doesn t run hot! Tire pressure indicator comes on though! Not sure what my next step is! I need help!
