1930 Ford Model A won't start?

I have a model a but it won't start ran when parked 5 months ago rebuilt carb new spark plugs, points, distributor body, distributor rotor, and distributor cap. It has compression spark and is getting gas but when you crank it over you have to floor it to get it to start but it won't run or idle i checked (by touching the ports on the exhaust manifold) that it was firing on all cylinders and is. Also when cranking literally poors gas out of air intake on carb maybe a new carb Please Help! It is the original 4 cylinder 39,486 miles
