1983 ford ranger top speed?

I have a 1983 ford ranger 2.3 literthat im getting running wondering top speed and acceleration thanks! Bought it cheap restoring it.
Added (1). Im just curious I know its not fast but I was driving it home and it topped out at about 57 and I have a feeling it will go faster but I wont know until I get it fixed which could be a long while, the carb. Was ****** and all the vacuum lines are plugged its along way before its restored.
