2012 Mustang or 1995 Cobra?

I have a V6 2012 mustang with a few after market parts on it. The thing that makes this stand out is its 1 out of 26 lava red V6 coupe mustangs ever made. They are rare/hard to get ahold of and I'm one of the 26 proud owners. (Facts from actual Ford Mustang charts) I have a guy who is ready to trade me his 95 Cobra and below are some of the mods in it:
Built 306 & Pro Charged, 03 Cobra wheels w/ Nitto555's, 90K original miles, full exhaust, cammed, receipts in over 10K, DYNO SHEET SHOWING 530HP at rear wheels, Suspension kit, Aluminum Drive Shaft, MSD, Holley, New centerforced clutch, 12 gallon fuel cell w/ 60# injectors high flow fuel pump and fuel rails.

The Pro is its a fast car that will smoke my 2012 no problem from take offs, and already upgraded.
The Con is its the body I hate, and repairs on parts will get really expensive to fix to keep the speed on the 95 perfect, not to mention it would be one of my daily drivers, but I do love fast daily drivers.
