Giving and never getting in return? Hate saying no to husband. Having money problems as it is… What do I do?

Ok. So my husband has a younger sister that is about to give birth this week. Her husband is wanted but not like really bad, He s done drugs years back before they met now its catching up to him. So he s scared to get a job. They left their home like three hours away and live with my husband and sisters Grandma. In total since they ve been here we ve shelled out 150 not to mention other family members asking. And we ve been giving rides for my husbands family non stop he has a ford f150 which guzzles gas. Things keep happening to our cars. My husband only gets paid weekly $340 we re only in our early 20 s so still getting the hang of things. Our bills add up to 130. Plus gas and food. Needs for our 3 year old daughter. My husband is very generous I am too. But we re struggling too and I hate saying no to him. What do I do.
