What engines will fit a late 1980s/ 1990 ford festiva for performace?

ok so this guy in my grand fathers neighborhood is selling an old ford festiva for 500 bucks. Its got a blown engine but the body and the interior are in great shape. So now im thinking about buying it and swapping the motor and tranny out for something with a bit of power and make a car i can beat on for the next however long it lasts. And i was wondering if anyone knows what kind of engines i can put in this thing to make it go fast. And by fast i dont mean something as quick as wrx or anything. I just want to get the thing up to like 130 hp at the wheels vs its awful 60 some hp. Note this wouldnt be my daily. I have a daily i just want something small and i kinda fun that i can throw around for shits and giggles. So i know that im probably gonna end up breaking the damn thing in like a year. If it lasts that long. Any info would be great! Thank you!
