1968 Ford F100 performance?

My cousin wants me to race him. I have a 3800 powered grand prix with rocker arms, intake and exhaust mods. He has 68 F100 with the truck version of the 360.

I'm sitting on approx 240hp and 250ish torque and he's got 215hp and 375tq.

However he has a 2 speed auto and I've got a 4 speed. I also make peak HP around 5700 rpm and are 200lb heavier.

I've driven his truck before but never took note of performance.
