2 Cars with issues…Will either car make it to the auto parts store?

I got 2 cars that need repairs, and don't have any other transportation to the auto store to get the parts needed.

The 1st car is a Ford Taurus(1999) and it's leaking antifreeze from the firewall hose like a water fountain.
The 2nd car is a Honda Civic (1992) and its PVC valve is broken off, I'm not sure what a PVC valve does exactly.

Anyway the Auto Parts Store is about 3 miles away(going 30 MPH). Does either car have a CHANCE of making it there without causing more damage(more repairs)?
