Extended warranty voided on drivetrain 2015 mustang?

Warranty voided due to "abuse" for racing on track. Wondering if I could trade in the mustang to a different dealership such as "Toyota" as an example and get a different vehicle… I was told I could only sell the car "as is" for a ridiculously low amount by Ford.
