How to replace the jet washer thing on the bonnet that sprays water onto the windshield?

I went to a Zoo (Knowsley Safari Park ) several months ago, While driving through the monkey part a monkey bit off the jet washer thing that sprays water up to wash the windshield.

I have the plastic piece here that I picked up from a car salvage yard, the washer or whatever it is called but it has no wires attached.

How do I go about putting it on my car?
