Painting my chrome bumper black?

Hey guys. I have a 2005 ford ranger XLT the bumper in the front is chrome and there is a chrome piece in the back as well. I used "rust-oleum bumper paint" to paint the trim of the truck and it is really really good and a nice deep black. I want the same thing on the chrome. Can you walk me through the steps of what id need to get to do it? I want it a similar color to my truck ( glossy black ) im blacking the truck out.
