Thinking about a Ford Escape?

My options are:

A 2009 Ford Escape XLT with 93,000 miles for $9,808 that used to be a commercial vehicle

And a 2011 Ford Escape XLT with 66,000 miles at $13,000 thats had the transmission repaired twice that used to be a government vehicle
