What is a 1977 Ford F250 Highboy 4x4 worth?

It is a 1977 Ford F250 Ranger with 69,000 original miles, C6 Automatic that shifts great, a 390 V8 that was professionally rebuilt with all new parts. Everything under the hood looks new with Edelbrock intake manifold and heads. Green and white paint is in pretty good condition for its age, clear coat is peeling on the hood. Interior is in great condition with an updated stereo and black bench seat. It is a regular cab long bed and it has brand new 35" aggressive A/Ts with brand new 16" wheels.
Added (1). The motor was rebuilt 1000 miles ago too and it runs like it just rolled out of the factory.
