Where is the glow plug relay on my Ford focus 2006?

A diagnostic test showed code p0100 which is the Glow plug relay. I suspected that may be a problem as the glow plug light does not always show when the key is in ignition

Anyway, where can I locate the GPR?

Is it under the front right side wing?

OH AND Please ANSWER THIS: WOULD A BAD GLOW PLUG RELAY CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS OR NOT WITH THE RUNNNIG OF SAID VEHICLE?
