Is this a lot of mileage for almost 2 years?

in 2015 we bought a 2014 ford fusion SE with the 2.0l ecoboost engine with 27331 miles on it when it was registered and delivered to us, We couldn't afford the payments and the car just got turned in to the bank with almost 60k miles on the clock, Is this a lot of mileage?
