1989 Ford Crown Victoria ECM Programming? - 1
Added (1). I have an 1989 Ford Crown Victoria that just got a replaced motor and transmission. I am looking to get the ECM reprogrammed to have the Governer turned off. Just for while I do some tests nothing crazy or illegal. Can anyone turn off the Governer or does it have to be reprogrammed by the dealer. It is OBDI it is also a V8 5.0L or 302.
