Good/Bad buy? 2010 f150 stx (used truck)? 44k mile?

No accidents on car fax, used to be a commercial work truck. Never towed anything. But has had shocks replaced (front) and rotors and brakes replaced(front). Those are not shown on car fax.
Took it for inspection at a pro. They said no structural damage and that the rim may be bent, it appears it ran over a median or something hard. Because of the rim hit. Should I not buy? It rides great, motor and transmission is awsome. Please advise. (they did an alignment but still pulls left) tires are 6 months old

Well it doesn't have a hitch installed and the company that owned it did a little over 6k miles a year in the DC area. So those miles are city, but it has ran over a median and had all those things repaired on it.
A certified tech had an in depth look and said all is good.

But the dealer was a big ford dealer and they said I have a 2k mile warranty bumper to bumper for 60 days (I know that's not much) but they were up front with telling me what happened to it, (as far as running over the median)

Is there anything else I can do or ask to make sure anything and anything?
