I have a 2012 Ford Focus SEL, and when I was about to leave work I noticed a light out, so I went to Walmart got a bulb and put it in and it won't work. The wires leading to the lights are getting 7.4 volts on both lights, but my passenger side isn't working. The bulbs work it's just I can't get the light to turn on.
