My dad is not a fan of American cars (Btw we live in Canada). Our 1992 Plymouth Voyager broke down many times with the transmission, and our 2002 Ford Windstar was pretty decent, but it had its fair share of mechanical failures.
We have a 2007 Versa which has some problems, 2010 Odyssey which has no problems (We barely use it only 40K Km, and a 2017 rogue 20 000 KM).
I like the design of the Civic. I think the daytime running lights looks really serious and such. Looks unique. But I wanted to be unique and get a Chevy Cruze because it is American. Not many asian people drive American.
Plus I don't really like Japanese cars because I want to support North America and not Japan.
But in retrospect, I want reliability. I want to know the car I drive will not break down. I don't want to replace air condition condensers, brake light switch etc…
Which would you get?
I also plan on getting the middle model of each car which ever I get. The highest model the touring is too much for me.
