So when I put the car (It's a 2017 Ford Kuga) into first gear and lift the clutch pedal to the biting point (without putting my foot on the gas to manually set the revs in order for the car to move) the revs automatically increase to allow the car to pull away easily without stalling, I've experimented with it off road and even if I let it up quite quickly it will lurch forward but won't stall. Is this typical of modern manual transmission cars or is it just certain car models that possess this cool feature?
