Got into a car accident at 16. Whats going to happen?

Im 16 have my learners permit and my mom was in the passenger seat. I was going to turn left and failed to wait and hit a 2000 ford fzx with my 95 Toyota Camry. My front bumper hit the car in the well area and bent it in pretty bad and dented the wheel well and my car really only has a scratch and a crack in the bumper.
