Need to change oil in my car - BY MYSELF?

so i have decided to change the oil by myself in my ford taurus 2004 car -

want to know the below to buy the tools -
1. What sort of a tool that is needed to lift the car- where to buy it - i need a used cheaper one
2. What size of a spanner is need to loosen the oil drain screw -16mm?
3. How many quarts of oil is needed - 4 or 4 - can i go with synthetic oil that last for 6k miles
5. What brand of oil and oil filter should i go for
6. Is it always required to change the oil and air filter along with the engine oil change.
