Car trouble what should I do?

My ford explore transmission went out gonna cost 3200 to fix it just started a new job lost a girlfriend which took all my money so no money saved shitty credit which I'm trying to fix I owe nothing on the car. What should I do? Ok one I am working getting my credit back on track. 2 I know ford is shitty. So my options are get a new car which I wouldn't mind but not looking forward about the payments but idk if I can get a car because I have crappy credit. Now my other option is to pay 3200 which I don't have.
