Ford KA Cigar Lighter (Cigarette lighter) fuse keeps blowing?

As the manual states, it s called a Cigar Lighter, so I am writing both just to see if it gets me more attention with this question. As the question simply states above, I have a cigarette lighter in my 2003 Ford KA and when I put my phone or dashcam charger into it (I haven t got an actual cigarette lighter to test inside it) it pops the fuse every time. Sometimes it seems to struggle to go in - I m wondering if there s a way I can fix this at home without taking it to the garage for something so minor. Many thanks!
