Ford focus engine problems?

Ok, so i have an 03 ford focus SE With about 180,000 miles on it. It has problems but the shops i have taken it to cant figure out whats wrong. First off, ive noticed the engine revs really high and then slowly calms down when started. Second, i have had alot of problems with it sputtering. It sputters when idling, and when accelerating. Replaced the 4th engine coil because it was apparently misfiring which seemed to fix the sputtering, but it returned in a couple of weeks. Seems to sputter really bad in rain? Lastly, the lights faintly flash. The headlights, dashboard and inside lights. Dont know if theirs a bad connection? Maybe someone can give me answers
