Is a 1995 - 2001 second generation Ford Explorer dangerous or safe?

no I have been reading that Ford Explorers will roll over even with good tires or bad tires (notably Firestone). Will the Ford Explorer rollover with tires made other than Firestone and is in a very safe or very dangerous unstable vehicle?
