Why are my AC vents blowing so weak?

2001 Ford Explorer Sport.
I just changed the AC actuator. Not as bad a job as i thought. Anyway my AC vents blow so weak I can barely feel it with my hands against them, no matter the fan setting. Floor and defrost blow great. Any ideas?
