Can I pour head gasket sealer into my coolant tank?

I have a 2002 Mercury Sable (Ford Taurus) with coolant leaking from the head gasket. There is no actual radiator cap or hose for me to access with the Blue Devil head gasket sealer I have. Will it work if I put it into my coolant tank?
