How to remove 1992 Ford Taurus 3.0 transmission mount?

I am replacing all of the mounts on my sisters old Taurus and I have came across an issue with being able to jack the engine up enough to pull the mount out, This taurus transmission mount has a big metal bracket that wraps around the engine that it bolts on to and then it bolts to the frame, No matter how i jack it up the bracket will just hit the frame and I dont really have clearance enough to slide anything around. The engineers who designed this must have been high or something. How am i supposed to do this?
