My Automatic 2003 Ford Mustang V6 3.8L won t shift out of second!

I need help with my car, it s an Automatic 2003 Ford Mustang V6 3.8L I m driving normal and it shifts out of 1st but then it doesn t want to shift to any other gears, so it does this reving the same as if it was in nuetral and I replaced Transmission filter with new oil, the shift control solenoid, and the pressure control solenoid, it has to be mechanical then right because the check engine light isn t on, Can someone please help me!
