I have a Ford Focus and all day long people in sports cars try to race me. Why?

Today it was a Camaro and a Mustang. Yesterday it was a Porsche 911. The other day an Evo. Last week it was a guy in a Buggati. Why? Is the Ford Focus seriously that bad *** that these guys just need to take it down a notch? I didn't get this many challenges in my WRX. Does it feel good to beat a car that has no chance? Isn't that a lot like a 12th grader beating up a 6th grader?
