1998 Ford Contour starting problems?

I have a 1998 Ford Contour with the 2 liter 4 cylinder. It try to start but it doesn't produce a spark. We have replaced the starter, crankshaft position sensor, plugs, wire, coil pack, the ecm and still haven't got it to spark. Any suggestions?
