2005 Ford Escape dashboard/Gauges not working?

Hi everyone I have a 2005 Ford Escape that's having trouble with the dashboard. None of the gauges on the dashboard work. It happened while I was driving home all of the gauges went to zero and would occasionally come back on their own. I noticed if I switch from Park to reverse or other gears they sometimes work but only for a few seconds. It all comes on when I turn on the car but then turns off. The radio was also affected occasionally along with the power windows. I don't know much about cars but I checked the fuses 7, 22 and 28 according to the manual. Any ideas what the issue could be? Car appears to be running fine.
