Does a carseat fit in this truck?

We are considering buying a 2000 ford ranger xlt. Its the 4 door version. We havent met up yet I just dont want to waste my time if our daughters carseat cant fit. Shes in a front facing carsear now and I was hoping someone would know if this truck will work for us.
