Does the lemon law apply to repairs to my car in minnesota?

Basically if the torque converter goes bad which is what they are replacing do they need to replace or fix it again for free since there is a lemon law in minnesota? My car has 209k miles 2003 ford taurus PILE OF JUNK excellent looking car and ran awesome just so happens ford never decided to recall these transmissions or torque converters only god knows why lol it went out on me randomly they said no pressure so i got a $1300 bill coming up i wanna know if it breaks down like within a week for the same issue will i be able to get it replaced free because of the lemon law?
