How hard to drive is a 2002 Ford Ranger extended Cab?

So I'm 16 years old and thinking about getting a 2002 or 2003 Ford Ranger Extended Cab pickup. How hard is it to drive? Will it be okay for a new driver like me? I'm a pretty good driver, but I have only driven a 2003 acura TL and a 2014 Nissan Rogue, both pretty good cars when it comes to how well it can maneuver.
How hard would it be to do basic things such as park, make a right turn, come to a quick stop, etc? Please help I need answers quickly!
