Right size tires for P71 ford Crown Victoria 22 inch rims?

I Have a 2007 ford crown victoria and I have 22 inch rims. My friend wants to sell his new tires to me but the size is " 285/ 45/r22 ". We are Un sure if they will actually fit on my car with no suspension raise. Does anyone have a clue?
