Whats a roomy first car for a 6 foot guy?

So I m turning 16 soon. And that means license. I m looking at cars. I m a tall guy and I hate being crunched. Right now we have 2 cars: a small ford and an impala. The ford is like one of those small big cars and the impala is so roomy. What are some other cars that are roomy? I m also looking at some stuff like yukon a and tahoes but I think gas mileage is a good thing to remember also.
