I have an 02 Ford F250 and my power steering pressure line blew off the reservoir end (not the pump end)?

I am buying the new hose after work today, however since the male piece blew completely off of the reservoir could it have messed up the female adapter? Or should the new hose be able to hook right up into it without issue?
