The middle tail light won t turn off on my 05 mustang?

It s a 2005 v6 Ford Mustang. So it s on the tail light on the right side, and it s the middle bulb out of the 3 on the sequential light. And it is always on. The tail lights all work fine, but the one light stays on. Regardless Whether the car is on or off it just stays on. Financially it would be great if I could do this at home, so I d love some help thanks!
