1999 Ford Expedition tune up help?

I'm going to do an oil change alone with replacing the spark plugs, spark plug wires and the distributor. Right now it has 130,xxx miles and going. What else should I replace or upgrade? It has a new battery, alternator is good. What else is considered a full tune up? A radiator coolant flush is also on the list. It's my daily driver and I try to take care of it. Please let me know if there's anything else I should add on to the list. Thanks.
